the one your soul speaks through sensation, rhythm, and response.
I believe the body houses the soul,
and that her wisdom is our deepest authority,
our inner compass.

What Art of Nourishment is
This is a space where we explore what nourishment truly means for you,
across all areas of life:
physical, emotional, energetic, relational, creative.
Here, cravings are approached as messages to listen to.
We look underneath habits, reactions, and compulsions to understand what part of you is asking to be fed, and why.
To me, the body is a perfect architecture.
It is a work of art.
A technology of truth.
A compass.
Every signal it gives is meaningful,
especially the ones we’ve been taught to mistrust or shame.
In Art of Nourishment, we slow down enough to hear those signals clearly.
We soften control.
We replace self-judgement with curiosity.
To cultivate an honest, embodied relationship with yourself.
This work is about restoring trust between you and your body.
We listen.
We respond.
We let nourishment become relational.

Who this space
is for
This space is for people who feel a yes in their body.
It is for those willing to slow down enough to listen to sensation, rhythm, and what lives beneath habits and cravings.
This work asks for certain capacities,
not because anyone is “better,”
but because this kind of exploration cannot be rushed or outsourced.
This space is for you if you:

Art of Nourishment unfolds over two weeks. And it is not just two weeks.
Those two weeks are a threshold,
an entry point into a different relationship with your body, nourishment, and listening.
What opens here is meant to be rooted.
The journey follows a gentle, coherent protocol inspired by principles from the Philosophy of the Elements - a branch of Chinese medicine -one that understands digestion as a whole-body process involving rhythm, emotion, and nervous system regulation. The work is experiential and embodied. You are invited into practices that help you: slow down and drop into the body listen beneath habits and cravings express and release what has been held sense what is actually asking to be nourished.
This is about restoring dialogue.

The group space is essential. Participants share experiences - sensations, resistances, insights - within a culture of consent and non-interference. Wisdom circulates only when it resonates.
Alongside live exchanges, participants access a living treasure chest - a curated space of practices, reflections, rituals, and recipes. Art of Nourishment lays foundations - somatic, relational, practical - for a lasting relationship with yourself. What continues after the two weeks is the relationship you have begun to cultivate.

In this space, the focus is entirely on you.
We work closely with your elemental constitution - your unique energetic, physiological and emotional blueprint - to understand how your body processes, responds, and communicates.
This allows us to go deeper into your specific patterns, rhythms, and needs.
Together, we explore:
• how your body responds to food
• the patterns and imbalances specific to you
• what kind of nourishment - food, rhythm, practices - supports your system
From there, the guidance becomes precise and fully tailored to your experience.
You receive:
• 3 deep-dive sessions
• personalised guidance based on your constitution
• voice and written support between sessions
This is a focused and relational space, where your process is held with attention and precision.
